In this large 5-bedroom home our clients wanted us to renovate their basement space into an additional open plan living and entertaining area. The clients wanted the space to be multi-functional to entertain guests during the summer months with a sense of indoor and outdoor living. We refreshed the entire space with a cohesive design throughout, replacing the old flooring with a beautiful chevron alongside furnishing the living space with innovative furniture.

We installed a one wall integrated kitchen to allow our clients to enjoy appetisers with guests. Additionally, our clients wanted a space within the basement for a gym which we created and sectioned off from the living space with exquisite crittall doors.
